Hello,
My name is Pierre-Yves Loriers, but everyone here calls me by my Thai nickname - Ton. I have worked in the hotel industry in Europe and the USA for over 15 years, including 10 years at the Peninsula Beverly Hills (5 Stars, 5 Diamonds), in Los Angeles, California. In 2000, I came to Krabi for a new challenge: open a resort.
Breda Beach Holiday Pool Villas is operated by Ton Company Limited, a leader in property management in Krabi, Thailand.
Breda Beach Holiday Pool Villas are designed with luxury, pleasure and convenience in mind. The villas are well maintained - the sheets, towels and rooms are cleaned daily. The bedrooms are air-conditioned to provide you with a cool night's sleep. To enable guests to keep in touch with the outside world, we have installed satellite television and a computer with wireless ADSL connection is available for your use.
Swim in the private pool, or if you would like to go to the beach, our driver can take you. If you would prefer your independence, and wish to head into the village on your own, we have a brand new scooters and car available for hire.
We want you to feel at home at our villas. The house was designed to inspire, but if you want advice on things to do and see, we are happy to recommend activities and attractions. If you want privacy and peace, then we will be discreet. I can be easily contacted as I give guests a mobile telephone, pre-programmed with my contact numbers. If you need to request an in-villa massage treatment ,book an elephant safari or are in the market and need help translating Thai, we are here to meet your needs. My staff and I will make your stay at the villas memorable and pleasure.

I’m Mark Breda, owner of the Breda Beach Villa. This Villa was conceptualized while I was on vacation in the Krabi area back in 2005 and its construction was completed in 2007. The Villa was designed with a mix of traditional Thai and contemporary European architecture.
Why Krabi? Truthfully - for as long as I can remember, I have wanted to live by the sea. So back in 2005 when I saw Krabi’s famous rock formations jutting out of the turquoise Andaman Sea, and felt those balmy breezes hit my face; well – I just knew that I had found the right place. All of that, plus I’m a Thai food and Thai culture enthusiast.
You should know that it is important to me to live comfortably, but at the same time I take pleasure in living an uncomplicated life in harmony with nature. The plot of land I found in which to build my villa was idyllic. It is across the street from the sea, palm trees swaying in the gentle winds, and surrounded only by quiet Thai neighbors, no resorts or tourists in sight. The Villa is located 1 kilometer from Krabi’s sweet little Shell Fossil Beach (where there is a delicious restaurant) and it’s a 10-minute drive to all the restaurants, beaches, markets, and amenities of Ao Nang. The location is perfect for people who want to be comfortable but prefer to stay in a place with charm, away from all the tourists.
In its design, the Villa incorporates the Feng Shui concept. Given that I am a lifelong swimmer, I planned the Villa so that it is surrounds a huge pool. The pool is seen or felt from the entire villa. If you want, you can actually jump off the master bedroom terrace directly into the deep end, – which by the way - is a wonderful way to start the day. For those who love a morning workout, you can swim a kilometer after just 25 laps.
Everybody seems to really like the design of the rooms at the Villa - they are all very spacious, well lit, and have vaulted high ceilings. The bedrooms on the second floor have a tranquil sea view. To make things even more relaxed, all the bedrooms have heavy-duty air conditioners and the bathrooms have enormous bathtubs - big enough for two. People who have stayed there tell me they especially like the snug beds and the soft, white comforters.
Breda Beach Villa turned out to be exactly what I had envisioned and I’m so pleased about that. Since this is my home when I’m in Thailand, it is my hope that others will experience the peace and relaxation that I have found and created here. Please consider this your home while vacationing in the spectacular Krabi area.
